Women Practicing Extreme self-Care
A prelude to The Main Event!
An Extreme LOVING Experience (AELEX)
First, let us break this down - Women Practicing Extreme self-Care (WPEC) is an active commitment to knowing, loving, appreciating and growing self.
In creating An Extreme LOVING Experience, several comments were “there is already too much emphasis on loving self”, “loving self too much is arrogant and makes people care only about themselves”.
Now, a healthy fixation on self is first all, believing in who you are and what you are about. Secondly, loving self is just that – taking good care of yourself. Not just the outer self, but the inner part where your heart lives and thrives. And, third, caring and growing self makes it easy to care for others.
Think on this: If our heavenly father can love us, with all our human frailties; how can we not grow the love placed in us at birth?
Now, the title Women Practicing Extreme self-Care (WPEC) make-up is men and women. These tools are for anyone who knows the value of taking good care of themselves.
"My greatest realization was that life is not composed of unconnected segments - the economic life, the emotional life, the spiritual life, the parental life, etc. - but is the sum total of them all. If one part is out of balance, then the whole is disrupted. No single piece should become more powerful than the whole".

The bottom line -- It is a choice, one you own – how you choose to grow your best self.
